Billing, Shipping & Return Policies

BILLING

Payment processing with Something You is safe and secure. Payment is processed by STRIPE (certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification) and Something You never obtains nor stores credit card numbers. All prices are given in US Dollars ($USD). Sales tax is applicable to customers located in North Carolina, USA. 

Accepted forms of payment include credit cards American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. 

 

SHIPPING INFO

Our shipping method is United States Postal Service Priority Mail for all packages excluding overly heavy ones that will possibly ship UPS. A USPS Express Mail option is available however DOES NOT place your order ahead of others.  



APO and FPO SHIPPING
We do offer shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Please enter the full address in the comment section during check out. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 


SHIPPING LIABILITY
We ship USPS Priority Mail from North Carolina.  You will receive tracking information via email (to the email address you provided at checkout) when your order ships so you may track your package as it travels to you.  

Over the past 12 years, we have had a handful of packages permanently lost or damaged - a great ratio considering the tens of thousands of orders we ship yearly.  During the holidays or busy seasons, delivery times do increase due to the package volume mail carriers experience so PLEASE order early or allow plenty of time for the package to travel to its location.  Once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or packages. If your order seems late in arrival, please refer to the tracking information we provide you. If your package tracking indicates it is "delivered" and you cannot locate your package, you would check with your local postal office and possibly file a claim with that office if they are unable to locate your package.  Your package is insured up to a certain limit with Priortity Mail service also.

 

RETURN POLICY 

FOR ALL ONLINE PURCHASES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on discounted or sale merchandise.

Please note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. Once authorized, please send your package back to us using the shipping method of your preference, as you are responsible for these shipping charges. We suggest using a trackable shipping method or insuring your package. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail, and will not issue refunds for them.

SHOES– Must be in new condition, in box.  If soles show signs of wear, we will not accept the return.  If you need to make sure shoes wear well, please wear them only on carpet.

CLOTHING– Must be in new condition with tags still attached, and have no evidence of odors (smoke, makeup, perfume, etc.)  If the item(s) has/have obviously been worn, or have any type of odor present, we cannot accept the return.
